Hiya beautiful people, my name is Lisa Sinead, the newest PD Dolly! With a bit of luck, this is my first blog entry of many so allow me to introduce myself a little. I’m a November Scorpio who loves to talk. I may or may not have an unhealthy addiction to peanut butter and an extremely strange obsession to music, literally can’t function without it playing in the background. My taste in music is as messy as a buffet on a speed boat, varying from classic 70s rock to showtunes to jazz (you should’ve seen my 2021 Spotify wrapped).

I was born and raised in a tiny seaside village located in the southeast corner of Ireland with one older sister. My village Duncannon and the surrounding areas are truly stunning. Unfortunately, too small for my big dreams and so up I got and moved to Scotland in 2019. I’m now in my third year at Robert Gordon University studying Fashion Management and I really love every second of it. The course is fantastic and offers so many incredible opportunities, including a placement within the fashion industry, that’s exactly how I got to join the Pretty Disturbia team!

I’ve been in love with fashion from a young age, so doing a Fashion Management degree was really a no brainer. The fashion industry fills me with a joy I can’t express in words. I adore the power it has, the ability to encourage and empower people to express themselves in new and exciting ways brings me so much happiness. A few designers I’m currently obsessing over include Harris Reed, Richard Malone and Chet Lo. But my cult classic, my one true love, my forever and always is Alexander Mcqueen. My career goals change as often as the Irish weather, but I have always liked the idea of working in one of the big fashion magazine companies, like Vogue or Glamour…. maybe because I watched the Devil wears Prada one too many times (Meryl Streep owns my heart).

Hopefully, you’ll be hearing from me again soon, till then stay happy!

With kisses from Pd Dolly Lisa Sinead @Pretty Disturbia xox #prettydifferentprettydisturbia
